With a nurse. Initial travel assessment needed, you must have completed a travel form beforehand.

- Elderly Health Screening for over 75’s
- Confidential Young Persons Advice including sexual health and contraception
- Asthma Monitoring & Advice - Contraceptive Advice
- Well Women / Well Man Monitoring - Weight Monitoring & Dietary Advice
OTHER SERVICES
- Chlamydia Confidential Self Testing for 15 – 24 year olds – just walk in.
NON NHS PRIVATE SERVICES
Services such as medicals, insurance proposals, certificates, insurance claims, holiday vaccinations are Non NHS Services and chargeable. Please enquire at the surgery or by phone for costing. Please allow up to 3 weeks for completion of forms, certificates, claims or reports.
Private Non-NHS Work
Please note that all Private Non-NHS work is chargeable.
GPs will always attempt to assist patients with letters and the completion of forms but a charge will be made.
In most circumstances they are not required to do Non-NHS work.
