In order to enhance our service to you, we have provided a new on line prescription ordering system via Emis Patient Access. This allows you to view all your authorised repeat medication. Just tick the ones you want, send a message with your request and view it later to check whether it has been approved / actioned.
Please register for the new system as soon as possible.
New login details can be obtained by attending the Surgery in person and requesting a Registration Form. Please bring photographic identification with you such as a Drivers Licence or Passport.

Options for requesting repeats prescriptions are:
POST or DROP-IN: Tick the items needed on the tear-off slip on the right-hand side of the prescription or send a letter. Either drop it in or post it to Prescriptions Desk. Allow 3 working days before collection.
Your prescription will be posted back if a stamped addressed envelope has been left or sent. Otherwise, it will be left at reception for collection either by you or if you have asked them, your chemist.
Prescriptions which are not collected after one month will be destroyed and it will be recorded on your records as a non-collection.

ELECTRONIC PRESCRIPTION SERVICE (EPS) Patients can nominate their local Pharmacy for both ordering and collection of their prescriptions. Nomination forms are available in Surgery.
PHARMACY: Most Pharmacies operate a home delivery service. Simply request your prescription from us then notify your pharmacy. They will collect the prescription and bring the items to your home.
We can not be responsible for ensuring any delivery to your home.
We will phone you if your doctor wishes to see you again before authorising a repeat prescription. If in doubt about your eligibility, please ask at reception.
We no longer accept Prescription Requests by email.
You can order a Repeat Prescription by using one of the following options:
*Handwritten requests delivered to the Surgery also accepted.
You must allow THREE WORKING DAYS for your repeat request to be processed.
